Bracelet Love

Hi friends! How's your day going? Most of you know that I love unique jewelry. So when I came across this piece, I just had to share. Isn't it gorgeous?? The blue is STUNNING! So that I could find who makes it, I Googled "snake bracelet". Friends, you have no idea how many amazing snake bracelets there are out there!! I was shocked, because now, I don't only want this one, I want about 5 other ones too!! Just a warning, if you want to save your credit card, don't Google "snake bracelets" ;-)

Patterned pants? Oh I like, I like! Paired with a plain tank or top, I think this combination is stunning and so very 70's/Missoni-like. But what do you think, will you be trying this trend this season?

Easy DIY Item

Happy Monday Darlings! I hope your weekend was relaxing and enjoyable! I was invited to a house party on Friday and of course didn't want to show up empty handed. As a gift to the host, I brought a bottle of wine. I wanted to dress the bottle up so I made this cute little sweater sleeve for it. It was super simple to make! And my friend LOVED it!! Here are the instructions:

1.) Cut the sleeve off an old sweater.

2.) Figure out how much of the bottle you want to cover. You can do the entire length of the wine bottle or right below the neck (where I did it). Pin the area where you want it to end and cut off the excess sweater sleeve.

3.) Turn the sweater sleeve inside out and either machine or hand sew the bottom (just takes a couple of stiches). Cut the excess right below the stiches. This will be where the bottom of the bottle is.

4.) Turn the sleeve back to the right side and slide the wine bottle in. You can sew in twine around the opening (like I did) or you can add simple things like a bow or pretty ribbon, pom poms or even buttons down the side. Don't forget to add a card!

Feather Love

You can't escape the Haldane Martin ostrich feather pendant light, it's everywhere! But then again, it IS gorgeous! Can you imagine having this pendant lighting in your living room or foyer? Oh, the compliments you would get!! And if you're being creative and have some time on your hands... you can try making these on your own.

Current Obsession

Happy Friday my friends!! Whew... I didn't think the weekend was ever going to get here! But now that it's here, I can take time to get my nails done just like these! Oh how I love rocking black polish! And now this matte + glossy finish?... I'll love rocking black even more!! Probably just as much as these.

Recent Purchase

Friends, you know that I LOVE my leopard so of course I squealed with delight when I saw these babies at my local Marshalls last night. And then when I tried them on and they fit perfectly, yeah, I squealed a bit louder. A little embarrassing yes, but who cares, I walked out of the store with a gorgeous pair of new Max Studio leopard heels with a perfect 3 inch heel!! They're similar to these obsessions... but just a 'lil more practical :-)

Earring Love

Look at this piece by Regal Rose! Wowser!! I kinda love it! But then again, I love anything that's going to get the second glances or those long stares. Or even that piece that whenever you wear, everyone asks where you got it. This my friends, is THAT piece!

I've raved about the infamous ghost chairs before but I had no idea how much I'd love other ghost pieces. Barstools, benches and coffee tables? Where do I sign up? Because my friends, I'll take all of these pieces!!

Color Love

What an amazing way to bring drama and character to a room! Leave the walls white and paint those dang ceilings!! Oh how I love, love this look. What color would you use? The vibrant red? A bright yellow? A pale gray? Home Depot, here I come!!

Do or Don't

The runways usually excite us with the upcoming season's new styles. But this one, I'm still deciding about. I wore shirts like this back in high school, but am I willing to wear them again? Recent Purchase

I usually don't do two posts in a day but my friends, I have something to share with you. I told you last week that I was on the hunt for these beauties. And after two days of calls, I was told that unless I knew the style number or the month that they came out, finding them {and ordering them} would not be possible... that from the Chanel 800 number. So, I decided to focus on something else... the Hermes H bracelet!! And guess what? I ordered it and it just arrived today!! It is more gorgeous than I thought it would be! {Me = Big Smile!!}

Bundle Up

Friends, it's cold up here in Minnesota! During winter months, we are typically in single or negative digits. So when I saw these gorgeous pictures, I could relate. This is how I leave the house everyday - all bundled up! But what do I love the most about these pictures? The high collars! I love, love high collars... just like this one.
