Black dots on a crisp white background? You can't go wrong with that pattern! And oh how I love gorgeous polka dot blouses... that's one item on my summer must-have list that I still need to get! If not that, then the gorgeous dress below!!

Polka dots make me happy:) What is it about a bunch of dots? Is it because we get lost in them? Or since they're circular we get constant happiness from them? Apparently they make me get philosophical too!
