Yellow & White Love
You don't have yellow and white striped walls in your home yet? Here are some great ideas for when you do. It's amazing how calming this color combination can be and how they seem to just go with anything! Hmmm... what room should I do first? Bumpkin Dear, this one is for you! :-)

I love yellow! I don't know why it gets such a bad rap sometimes. I just picked up a couple of yellow bedside lamps - pretty perky!

I plan on doing something similar for my child's room one day.....I have yet to "have" a child...but I know what their decor will be. Not typical cheezy baby stuff that's for sure. lol. Is that weird?

Thanks for stopping by my blog, Windy Poplars. Loved these striped designs! We used to have a striped room in our house - not yellow though. I used the same color but did one set of stripes in matte, and the others in high gloss. Loved it - looked like damask. I've since painted over it though (I like change!). the striped bathroom is my favorite! it's so spunky to carry the stripes over onto the ceiling. it has an almost circus-y effect, don't you think? pretty, pretty post :)

i am so loving this stripe-y effect so much so that i recently spotted the cutest flats in the same pattern from get this, PAYLESS shoes for $12.99. after seeing this post i am running to get them for sure. love each room and ceilings, especially the nursery and the one with the vanity. gorgeous.
