New Product I H♥art

They say one reason we don't use the exercise equipment we buy is because we don't ever really know how to use it... and I agree! When I look at my gym ball, all I see is a ball that collects dust. But did you know you can use it to do a ton of ab exercises that works that core of yours? {Think summer & swimsuits girls!} And the exercises are printed right on the ball so you never have to wonder how the heck to use it.... Brilliant!! TrainerBrands carries foam rollers and yoga mats that have moves printed on them too! I just love this idea!

Ah that is amazing! I know like one ab exercise with a ball. The rest I kind of make up and hope I look cool.

That is so smart! I love my exercise ball, but having to refer to a manual all the time is kind of lame. I love this!

I'll blame not knowing how to use exercise equipment for my lack of activity but in truth, it's just laziness! Ha! But seriously, printing the instructions on the balls etc? What a great idea. How did no-one think of this sooner?

Oh my gosh! That would help so much! I have an exercise ball, but I don't know what to do on it, besides have issues balancing!

totally great Jen! i practically lived on those things when taking boot camp and the core strength definitely increased a ton. they pretty much rock.

it also makes me kinda giggle b/c one day at work we needed extra seats for some peeps who were visiting. none to be had in our office, so my outa box thinking led me to the gym below. borrowed a few of these puppies and everyone was bobbing along - baha! true story!!! ♥

i have an exercise ball, but mine doesn't have the exercises printed on it and i lost the instructional dvd long ago. i do frequently use it as a chair and my baby loves when i hold him and bounce on it. that counts as a workout right?
