Perfectly Placed

I've mentioned this a few thousand times before but I love tattoos. I've always favored the smaller, more conspicuous ones but this one really caught me eye. It's perfectly positioned and perfectly shaped. And how cute would this look with a bikini top? I know... VERY! Anyone up for getting one with me?? Oh, and if you're curious, the script says regret nothing. What would your word or phrase say?

Ooooo gorgeous! I have one there too! Its a vintage sewing machine with red ribbons and 2 swallows... my brother designed it. I love it every day! But ribcage tattoos hurt so practice your deep breathing!! <3

I'm actually working on a feather design to place on the inside of my upper arm (I won't say bicep because frankly, there isn't much muscle there!) It's going to be fairly small, with just the word "Free" written below it.

I have the LOWEST threshold for pain known to man so could never get one -- I prefer subtler ones, though, like on wrists.

I love a small tattoo, although that bigger one is just gorgeous! I'm always tempted to get a second, but I have no idea what it would be!

That is a beautiful tattoo and perfect phrase.

I'm down for getting one, a small little star on the hip. Just haven't gotten around to actually do it yet.

What would you get?

I've always wanted 'strength' written on my wrist because i figure without strength you can't do much. But I do really, really love this feather and the placement of it. Quite unique!

This is gorgeous. I've just had my first tattoo - a tiny heart on the inside of my ring finger. I'm designing a second for my foot :O)

I actually have a feather pen on the back of my arm and up my shoulder, and it says "this is the wonder keeping the stars apart. i carry your heart. i carry it in my heart." (the last line of my favorite e.e.cumming's poem)

Ah yes that is superb. Great form to it. And I am down...let's go! I want another...yet I am not sold on WHAT exactly?! Guess that poses a problem, eh?

I love the saying, but I might skip the feather. I have ticklish ribs. Okay okay, sorry.

I think it's beautiful!

gorg. i adore the quote... but could do without the feather. im not sure what i would have done! probably the reason i dont have a tattoo. xoxo jillian:: cornflake dreams

I have two in that spot. One on each side :) Very painful, but well worth it. One is a van gogh replica of starry night, and the other says love unconditionally.

I have 2 tattoos - belly and just right above the butt ...thinking of getting a 3rd one. That is a sexy place to put your tattoo :)

Oh, baby! I gotta email you a pic of my new ink. It's a ribcage piece, too.

I love this! I cannot wait till I get my next tattoo. I really like this placement so I might have to rethink it a bit...

When I thougth about my possible tattoo the place I choice would be the same. So I love yours!
The words or pattern are the bigger problem, I could't decide, so I still don't have a tattoo.

Ah, this looks so good on you - Think you are the perfect girl for tatoos - they would not look so fashionable on me;-)

Such a GORGEOUS tattoo! love the spot you chose as well!

kait said...

this is actually the VERY EXACT place i want my (first!) tattoo! mine would read "sea sand sun sky" in some sort of pretty but not overly ornate script. probably slightly smaller than this however. the meaning for this saying is deeper and longer-lasting than i could fit here - just know it is perfect for me :)
