Do or Don't

As summer approaches, I am seeing more and more people wear heart-shaped sunglasses. Although I know they'd never look good on me, I'm still trying to decide if they're a fashion do or don't. What do you think, do or don't? Do you have a pair? Would you ever get a pair??

I'm sure you would have expected me to say "DO", but honestly, I'm not a huge fan at all. I mean, cutesy, but style-wise, I prefer something CLASSIC. Kind of like diamonds, I think eyewear is better in the traditional shapes. (Heart shaped diamonds don't do it for me either) Fun topic! Happy weekend!

I wouldn't wear them but I kind of think they're cute. On the right girl.

they look great on this girl, but I'm not sure that they are "DO" for other girls

Trish - Girl, you have such class and style that you gave the exact response that I was expecting you to give. You pretty much nailed it when you said cutesy :-)

Have a great weekend too!

I think they are good for a 16 year old or under! But that's it.

Don't if you are not in your early twenties or younger.
However as you see in the Trish caricuture above, that big hollywood style shades are classic, especially white or black!

On another note because I just can't not say it. This yellow blouse looks straight off the runway's for spring this year.

Check out, as Kate taught us this week, Land's End Canvas, Bold Sun!

Hmm… can't decide if those are cute or silly, but I imagine they'd look ridiculous on moi.

Love your cute blog and have had so much fun exploring it! Cheers

I can't say that I love them. They actually look better than I would've expected in the photo, so I guess it can be pulled off. But I wouldn't go for them, personally.
Love your blog!

for me, it's definitely a don't. i'm not girly enough. don't get me wrong, i love pink, but when it comes to wearing hearts on my face - i don't think i'd pull it off.

Hmmmm well I'm totally girly so I say if you can pull it off and not all chessy style it's a go! :-)

P.S. enjoy your relaxing weekend!!!

I'd say they're a do on the right person: someone quirky and playful with her clothes.

For me: Nope.

i wouldn't wear them myself, i think i'm too old, i still like them on others.

Not for me, but Jada is looking great

I think they are a spring DO!!!! I, like you, would not look good in them. To me, spring is about having fun and wakening from all the necessary winter layering. Slap 'em on, I say (to whoever can pull them off)!

Oh, I'll pass on those thanks :) She makes them look fab, but I think generally it's a very childish look. If I saw someone on the street wearing them I know my first thought would be, "Wait, what? But you're not 7..."

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I loved our heart glasses in our wedding photos - they were meant to be cheesy and fun - and I think they were.

Not an everyday pair of glasses - but I still think they rock!
