Burlap.... Beautiful?

It most certainly is! People are becoming more and more innovative when it comes to using different fabrics around their home. Never in a million years did I think burlap (something that I equate to farms & three-legged races!) would be considered a beautiful home accessory. But these pictures proved me wrong! Burlap might just prove to be new in fabric!

Wow, I had no idea. My aunt is going to be so excited about this because she still lives on the family farm. The texture and color of burlap does work, doesn't it?!

Love the chair in the first pic, and the window coverings. I could use oyster sacks, how cool would that be in my Coastal Captain's home. OMG Jen, what a great idea.

This is funny because I'm going to a rehearsal dinner tomorrow night and the bottom of my dress is kinda like burlap! It's not hardcore, but it's a mix between burlap and tweed..and I love it, just like all these pictures!
